Grand Gimeno Foyer Ceremony and Olive Grove Reception

Helena and her bridesmaids got hair and makeup ready inside the Powder Room at Grand Gimeno while Cam and his groomsmen suited up in the Parlor. When the bride and groom were ready, they stepped out into the Olive Grove for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Cam around to see his beautiful bride standing before him. The couple read handwritten vows and shared sweet compliments, then were joined by their wedding party for group photos before lining up for ceremony.

Guests entered the Foyer, signed Cam and Helena’s guest book, then took a seat facing the fireplace. White flowers and greenery decorated the mantle and flickering candles decorated the floor. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Helena. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed their ceremony with a kiss.

Out in the Olive Grove, our Tuscan Bruschetta Bar was on display for hungry guests and the pizza oven was pumping out Neapolitan and Classic BBQ Chicken Wood-Fired Pizzas. Guests mixed and mingled while the newlyweds posed for romantics around the venue. As soon as the sun set, everyone found their seats for reception.

Tables were topped with floral bud vases and mini olive oil gifts for guests. Once everyone was seated, Cam and Helena made their grand entrance and took a seat at their head table for dinner and toasts. Tri-Tip Carvery, Tequila Lime Chicken, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Pear and Walnut Salad were served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner, everyone headed inside where Cam and Helena shared their first dance and cut into their vintage wedding cake. The evening ended with lots of dancing, well wishes shared, and a white ribbon send off.
